Dental Practice Sales, LLC is a New England based dental practice transition company who started doing business, in November 2016. This consulting opportunity is available to motivated individuals who can exhibit the potential to establish a network in the dental community. Sales experience, or, dental industry experience is preferred. Currently, specific opportunities are available in NJ, NY & New England.
Responsibilities will include; uncovering dental practice transition opportunities, consulting with practice owners to understand their ideal transition solution, interface with our internal valuation experts to determine the practice value, marketing the practice to our established network of potential buyers & to new potential buyers outside this network, working with Attorneys & CPA.’s to manage & complete the sale process. Important skills include: Understanding of the structure of dental practices, knowledge of financials & overhead, experience with cash flow analysis & profitability, familiarity with dental equipment & dental procedures, exposure to: dental insurance, commercial real estate & tax implications. Comprehensive training and ongoing support for our proven successful process will be provided. These positions will be based upon commission only compensation with high earning potential.
